1.   To serve hearing impaired children by providing quality academic and rehabilitation services and enabling them to maintain independence and a decent quality of life.

2.   To be the leading institution of its kind in the country and be supportive to other similar institutions of the country.

3.   To be recognized internationally and establish strong links with international bodies/ organization for Upgrading of its services.

4.  As a no-profit & no-loss institution, to generate finances for its self-reliance on account of its professional services and extracurricular means.
