The academic performance of a Student is evaluated on regular monthly test, terminal and annual Examinations. The purpose is to ensure that the education being provided in the academy is well accepted and the students are benefiting from the same.

MONTHLY TEST:

Monthly test of all the Classes are conducted during last three working days of the months of September, October, November, January, February and March of every year.

The monthly tests are held on the basis of course covered in the respective month.

In the monthly Parents-Teachers meetings the students overall performance and the area's requiring reinforcement are explained to the parents.

MIDTERM EXAMS:

Midterm Exams are conducted in the middle of the year. Terminal test is based on the course covered in the last four months.

ANNUAL EXAMINATION:

The annual examination is held from 7 th May to 28 th May every year.
Annual Examination is based on the course covered during the whole academic year. Date-sheet is prepared and sent to the parents in the last week of April every year.

The teachers other than the class teachers nominated by the Junior Headmistress/Vice-Principal set the annual examination Question papers.

The yearly academic result of the students is based on terminal test and on annual Examination result.
