
FEE Structure:
There is no fixed tuition fee in the Academy for students. Each year in May fee for new students is evaluated and fixed as per their then existing socio economical status.
Fee Fixation:
The parents of freshly selected students are given an assessment form along with Admission forms that are to be submitted duly filled in along with supporting evidences. After receiving the forms the same are evaluated on merit basis and rough estimate of fee is prepared by the Principal and Vice Principal which are reviewed and finalized along with the Executive Director.
Deserving students are not charged any fee. Rest of the students pay a Fee ranging from Rs. 500 to 3,800 per month depending upon their socioeconomic status. The fee at present (Rs. 3,800/m) is fixed as per actual cost of Academy per child worked out in the previous year.
The tuition fee is revised after every two years and covers certain percentages of inflation and change in socio economic status of parents. This is worked out by the academy's management, duly verified by Chairman Hamza Foundation.
Fee Payment and Fine Procedure:
Parents are required to submit the fee for their children studying at the Academy during first 10 days of each month. The July Fee is collected in advance with the June fee, and the August fee is collected at the start of the September after summer vacations end.
